فى إطار قيام منتديات الشاعر عبد القوى الاعلامى بتغطية

المؤتمرات الطبية والعلمية والثقافية والدينية والرياضية ومالى إلى ذلك

فقد قامت المنتديات بتغطية المؤتمرالطبى المقام بالمستشفى

السويدى بمدينة شيكاغو بولاية الينوى بالولايات المتحدة الأمريكية–

فى الفترة أيام 24و25و 26/9/2010م

ويعتبر هذ المؤتمر رائدة فى العالم اجمع وهى تختص بعلاج الانزلاق

الغضروفى بدون تدخل جراحى وهو أسلوب علاجى جديد

ومفيد جدا لمرضى الانزلاق حديث لم ينتشر فى العالم بشكل كبير بعد

والمختصين به على مستوى العالم مازالوا قليلى العدد

الاستاذ الدكتور /احمدحسين علوانى والاستاذ الدكتور /ممدوح

فقد قام الأستاذ الدكتور/ احمد حسين علوانى – العضو بالمنتدى

بجانب حضوره كطبيب مشارك بفعاليات المؤتمر فقد قام بموافاتنا بفعاليات

هذا المؤتمر لما لها من أهمية طبية كبيرة على مرضى الانزلاق الغضروفى

ملخص لفعاليات هذه المؤتمر الطبى للتقنية الاسترالية لعلاج مرضى الانزلاق الغضروفى

يسمى هذا البرنامج العلاجى (البرنامج الاسترالي)

ومعناه هو التقنية الاسترالية لالالم الظهر بالطريقة الاسترالية

التى أنشأت هذه الطريقة العلاجية لمرضى الانزلاق الغضروفى

بدون تدخل جراحى

وقد انشات هذه التقنية فى استراليا منذ 15 سنة فقط وقد تم اخذ موافقة منظمة الصحة العالمية والهيئات العلمية

الطبية الدولية وذلك بعد اجتيازها شروط فعالية هذه التقنية العلاجية والخاصة

بالانزلاق الغضروفى وكذلك إجراء الاختبارات اللازمة لضمان نجاعة هذا التقنية العلاجية

ومنشأ هذه التقنية استراليا وقد انتقلت هذه التقنية العلاجية بعد ذلك الى أوربا وأمريكا

وقد قام بالتدريس العملى بالدورة استاذ دكتور استرالى الجنسية منشأ هذه التقنية العلاجية

بالاضافة لمساعدة لمساعدته اثناء المؤتمر فى الجانب العملى

أما جنسيات المشاركين بالمؤتمر فهم 25 طبيب متدرب ثلاثة اطباء

مصريين أنا احدهم وواطباء متدربين من ألمانيا وروسيا وأوربا والولايات المتحدة

ملخص للمؤتمر الطبى للعلاج بالتقنية الاسترالية لمرضى الانزلاق الغضروفى

اسم االمؤتمر(التقنية الاسترالية لعلاج أمراض الظهر بدون

التدخل الجراحى)

حيث يتم الضغط على موضع الانزلالق من ضغطة واحدة الى ثلاثين ضغطة بشكل معين حتى ينتهى الانزلالق

ويعود العمود الفقرى الى وضعه الطبيعى

وتختلف عدد الضغطات من مريض الى آخر كلا حسب تشخيص حالته واحتياج كل حالة الى ضغطات معينة

لعلاج المريض وقد شمل البرنامج على ثلاثة أيام اليوم الواحد عشر ساعات

10×3= ثلاثين ساعة فعدد ساعات الدورة ثلاثين ساعة متنوعة بين الجانب النظرى والتطبيق العملى على المرضى

ويشير الأستاذ الدكتور / احمد حسين علوانى

الى انه لوتم تطبيق هذه التقنية بمصر والدول العربية بقواعده

الصحيحة سوف يفيد كثير من المرضى الذين

يعانون من الانزلالق ويوفر عليهم التدخل الجراحى وكذلك الكثير من الأموال

لم تدخل فى مصر والدول العربية التى نحن فى حاجة اليها

عن طريق المتخصصين هذا بالإضافة فانه يمكن تغطية التكلفة بشكل بسيط

مع إدخال هذه التقنية بمصر والدول العربية
ملحوظة هامة

نظرا لان هذا المؤتمر ان الجزء الأكبر منها هو تطبيق عملى على

المرضى فلم يكن مسموح لنا بالتقاط الصور أثناء قيامنا بالتدريب على تنفيذ هذه

التقنية العلاجية على المرضى والذى شمل نساءا ورجالا كبارا وصغارا طبقا لتعليمات المستشفى

التى كنا نتدرب فيها فتم التقاط صور خارج المبنى الذى كنا نتدرب فيه

Maitland Australian Physiotherapy Seminars (MAPS) presents 3 day clinical seminars for PT's, PTA's, MD's, and DO'S. The format is 70% "Hands-On" individual laboratory instruction, and includes "live" patient demonstrations. The Maitland-Australian concept of assessment and treatment is presented in a graduated continuum to encourage clinicians to improve their skills in the management of SPINAL and PERIPHERAL conditions through accurate and focused assessment and subsequent treatment.

MAPS was founded by Dr. Robert Sprague PT, GDMT, PhD, as Cayuga Professional Education Association (CPEA). Since its inception, CPEA has provided a continuing education sequence for clinicians to become familiar with the teachings of Geoffrey Maitland and other researchers and clinicians who have contributed to what is now known as the Maitland-Australian Concept. This concept of assessment and treatment for SPINAL and PERIPHERAL conditions is recognized worldwide as an efficient, safe and gentle way to alleviate pain, restore movement, and maximize function in orthopedic patients. CPEA was recently renamed MAPS to better describe the nature of our seminars.

Maitland Australian Physiotherapy Seminars (MAPS) presents 3 day (21 Hours/2.5 to 3.0 CEUs), clinical seminars primarily for PTs, MDs and DOs, to Our organized continuum of seminars incorporate the teaching of Geoff Maitland and others who have contributed to what has become known as the "Maitland-Australian Concept".
Accurate assessment and clinical decision making are the keys to effective treatment. This is taught in a 70% "Hands-On" laboratory format. "Live" patient assessment is also included, where allowed.
On a scale of 1(Poor) to 6 (Outstanding) the average for the last 13,778 participants was 5.77 or 96.16%

APTA HOD RC 31-01(Modified) The material taught in these courses is not intended to be used outside the scope of the participants personal abilities, licensure or relevant regulations. Furthermore, elements of patient/client care are considered Physical Therapy only when performed by or under the direction of a Physical Therapist in accordance with APTA policies, positions, and standards.
MT-1 Basic Peripheral Course
Introduction to Maitland's principles for the assessment and treatment of the Peripheral joints.
Includes Assessment & Treatment of the Gleno/Humeral, Scapulo/Thoracic, Acromio/Clavicular, Sterno/Clavicular, Elbow complex, Wrist and Hand. Lower limb segment include the Hip, Knee, Patello/Femoral, Ankle and Foot.

MT-2 Basic Spinal Course
Introduction to Maitland's principles for the assessment and treatment of the Cervical, Thoracic, and Lumbar spine.

MT-3 Intermediate Spinal Course
Continuation from MT-2, assessment and treatment of the Spinal column, refined and clarified. Including spinal instability testing, Traction, Stabilization, and Introduction to Cervical Manipulation.

MT-4 Differential Assessment and Clinical Reasoning
Continuation from MT-3, emphasis on Clinical Reasoning and Differential Assessment of the Cervical/Shoulder/Thoracic and Lumbo/Pelvic/Hip regions.
MT-5 CERTIFICATION in Manual Therapy
Extensive examination leads to Manual Therapy CERTIFICATION at the Intermediate level.

15 Hours Direct (2 Days), 9 Hours Home Study, 1.5 CEUs, $425
This 2 day course is an introduction to Evidence based assessment and treatment of the SIJ and Pelvis. The emphasis is on using current best evidence to improve diagnostic and treatment outcomes. Differential assessment of the Lumbar spine, Hip, SIJ and Pelvis are taught and practiced. The seminar is 75% lab format, offering individual, supervised laboratory instruction. 15 hours over 2 days. Examination and treatment methods are based upon peer reviewed published evidence. An extensive reference list is provided.
MT-GMT...GERIATRIC MANUAL THERAPY
15 Hours Direct (2 Days), 9 Hours Home Study, 2.4 CEUs, $475
MAPS Senior faculty member Chad Cook wrote this 2 day, 75% hands on, workshop on the evidence based role of manual therapy in the disease specific management of the geriatric population. The course is taught by senior Instructors and addresses manual therapy intervention for Osteoporosis, Joint replacements, Arthritis, and Degenerative disc dysfunction and other specific diagnoses based upon the evidence based best practices available. An extensive, interactive CD-Rom is included as well as a comprehensive home examination.
MT-Manips UK OSTEOPATHIC SPINAL MANIPULATION COURSE
15 Hours Direct (2 days) 1.5 CEUs, $595
This 2 day course is an introduction to Spinal Manipulation for the Cervical, Thoracic and Lumbar regions based upon the world renowned UK Osteopathic philosophy. This approach utilizes minimal leverage, high velocity, low amplitude thrust techniques....believed to be one of the safest and gentlest forms of manipulation.
MT-R REVIEW COURSE
21 Hours Direct, 3 days,2.4 CEUs, $595
Open to participants who have completed the MT1-4 series. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, although NOT mandatory for COMT candidates. This course covers essential principles and concepts of the Maitland-Australian approach. 80% laboratory sessions review many of the techniques for major peripheral and spinal joints in the body.
MT-A CADAVER ANATOMY COURSE
21 Hours Direct, 3 days, 2.4 CEUs, $750
This hands-on anatomy course allows licensed professionals to explore prosected, intact cadavers to supplement their anatomical knowledge. Designed for professionals who wish to correlate their clinical experience with the in-situ anatomy. The cadavers are pre-dissected to allow for maximum learning during the course. Particular emphasis is given to manual therapy and how it relates to the actual anatomy. Major peripheral joints and spinal regions are covered. Class size is strictly limited due to the nature of this course. The course is held at George Washington University, Washington, DC. Participants must hold a PT, MD, or DO license to attend.
